Open House 2016

The 3rd Annual GDABVI Resource Fair and Open House was a wonderful day of sharing, learning and enjoyment. Vision impaired guests from across Southeast Michigan met with nearly two dozen vendors and community groups about services, resources and products to assist with independent living needs. With a forecast of rain, GDABVI sent up a large tent in the agency lot so that visitors could enjoy live music and grilled burgers and hot dogs. We were fortunate to be rain-free until the end of the event and were pleased to welcome many more guests than we anticipated. GDABVI appreciates the support and effort of our many volunteers, vendors and community groups who provided their time and talents to make this year’s event a success. If you’d like more information about this year’s Resource Fair and Open House, or GDABVI programs and services, please contact us at (313) 272-3900 or information@GDABVI.org
