Goalball is an exciting sport that is gaining popularity in communities across the world! It is a unique game designed specifically for persons who are blind.

In the U.S., athletes from many states compete in local, regional and national goalball competitions through groups such as The United States Association of Blind Athletes. International goalball competition takes place at the Paralympic Games through associations like the International Blind Sports Federation.

GDABVI sponsors annual goalball summer camps for Southeast Michigan youth 8-18 years of age. Many of these young people have gone on to compete successfully in local and regional competitions. You are invited to learn more in the links below:
